The servant of God is not left defenseless in the face of spiritual battles. The Lord equips His people with words and weapons that carry divine authority.
As Jude 1:8 declares: “The Lord rebuke thee.”
This rebuke is not human strength but the authority of God Himself. Every servant of God must know the words to speak and the weapons to wield in order to overcome the enemy.
Scriptures: Jude 1:8; Ezekiel 3:2.
The Lord Himself rebukes Satan, not man’s wisdom or power.
Servants of God must learn to speak words of authority, not fear.
Rebuke is a weapon that silences the enemy and establishes God’s dominion.
Scriptures: 2 John 1:9-10.
Abiding in the doctrine of Christ ensures fellowship with both the Father and the Son.
Any teaching outside of Christ’s doctrine is dangerous; we must reject it.
Receiving false doctrine makes one a partaker of evil deeds.
The Word of God is both shield and sword for the servant of God.
Scripture: Acts 10:38.
Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost and power.
He went about doing good, healing all oppressed by the devil.
The servant of God must rely on the same anointing to minister effectively.
Without the Spirit, words are empty; with the Spirit, words become weapons.
Scripture: Romans 1:16-18.
The gospel is the power of God unto salvation.
Servants of God must never be ashamed of the gospel.
The righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith.
The gospel exposes ungodliness and brings judgment against unrighteousness.
Preaching the gospel is itself a weapon against darkness.
On 29/09/2022, in a night vision, I saw myself battling with the devil in the air. It was a furious and serious battle. I also fought with wizards.
The devil asked me: “Whose weapons are you using and whose power are you using too?”
I answered truthfully: “I am using the weapons and powers of the one whom you fought with in the beginning—Jesus Christ the Son of the Most High God. I am standing against you today in His name.”
Immediately, the devil left me.
This vision confirms that the servant of God must always stand in the name and power of Jesus Christ.
The Word of God – sharper than any sword, able to rebuke and cut down lies.
The Doctrine of Christ – foundation of truth and fellowship with God.
The Anointing of the Holy Spirit – empowerment for healing, deliverance, and good works.
The Gospel of Christ – power unto salvation, exposing unrighteousness.
The Name of Jesus – ultimate authority that causes demons to flee.
The servant of God is equipped with divine words and weapons. These are not carnal but spiritual, mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Every believer must:
Speak with authority in Christ.
Abide in true doctrine.
Walk in the anointing of the Spirit.
Preach the gospel boldly.
Stand in the name of Jesus.
Victory is assured when we use the weapons of the One who overcame from the beginning—Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.
